Kristin Diversi is a writer and editor with extensive experience in the health and wellness fields, as well as a technical, content, and copywriting and developmental editing expert for businesses and clients across a range of industries. She’s been dedicated to health and wellness since her early twenties, earning a yoga teacher certification and reading everything she could about healthy cooking, fitness, and positive lifestyle habits, such as meditation and mindfulness. After earning a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University, she worked as a private nutrition consultant and for the USDA before combining her two loves, nutrition and writing, in two exciting new books from Ulysses Press: The MIND Diet Cookbook and the DASH Diet for Renal Health: A Customized Program to Improve Your Kidney Function based on America’s Top Rated Diet.

She enjoys cooking universal comfort food with a healthy twist with her husband in their Denver, Colorado home, practicing yoga, baking, playing with their dachsund Roland, and reading every book she can get her hands on.
